How much does a custom CRM cost?
Ours is quoted after a free walkthrough, with a setup price and a flat monthly price before any work starts. For comparison, off-the-shelf field service apps like Jobber list at $49 to $499 a month, plus extra users and add-ons.
Do I own the software?
No. Your data is yours: every record it keeps, exported whenever you ask. The software itself, its code and its updates stay Salty Web Co’s, and you use it while you’re on a plan that includes it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access runs 30 days past the plan, and you get an export of your data. Your website and domain stay yours either way.
Can it replace Jobber or a spreadsheet?
Often, yes. But if an off-the-shelf app already fits how you work, keep it. Custom pays off when you’re bending your business around the software.
Does it work for a store or a warehouse?
Yes. A store’s back office can run the day from a Today screen, with a shipping queue, pickups, inventory and low stock, barcode scanning, item and rack labels on your own label printer, and a shelf walk that saves where every item sits.
Can it connect to my store, my email and my website forms?
Yes. Your website forms and messages can land in it on their own, email can go out through your own Gmail, and a store on Stripe or Shopify can feed your orders in. We check what you use on the walkthrough.
Can you add things later?
Yes, that’s how it grows. Tell us what you need, we quote it, and nothing is built or billed until you approve the quote in writing.
Who can see it?
Only the people you add. Each person signs in with their own email and password, and an admin on your team decides who has access.
